Placing an order

You can browse products on Club ToCo either by Product Type or by Brand. The search box can take you quickly to the product or brand you're looking for if you know what it is called. Select the item and quantity you wish to order then click add to cart. You can access your cart at the top right of the site.

Buying Club ToCo Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased for any value above £20. Once ordered each Gift Card has a 12 month expiry date.

Gift Cards are sent as a digital gift code via email. 

We are unable to offer refunds or cash alternatives for Gift Card balances.

Spending Club ToCo Gift Cards

To spend your Gift Card balance add the items to your cart that you would like to order. 

Go to checkout and when completing step 3.Payment click on the "Redeem a gift card" box and enter your Gift Card number.

You do not have to spend your full Gift Card balance in one purchase. The same Gift Card code can be used until the balance is spent in full.

All shipping costs are shown during the checkout process. Upon receipt of payment, arrangements for shipping will be made. Please note shipping details vary by product. You will receive confirmation when you items have been dispatched.

Delivery Lead Time

As many of our items are supplied as print on demand, we aim to fulfil all orders within 14 days. Some products will be supplied much quicker as they are stocked. Please be patient with us. As our business grows more of the products lines will be held in stock and shipped more quickly. 

Once shipped you will received an email with a link to the parcel tracking. Please note your parcel may be sent from abroad as we have supplier sites worldwide.

I'm not from the UK. Can I order from Club ToCo?

YES! Club ToCo is able to ship products to anywhere in the world. Once you provide the delivery details, the shipping costs will be calculated and clearly shown before you are asked to make payment and your order is placed.

 

Please note that any local import taxes and duties are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser "our customer". We will always endeavour to ship from a distribution site which does not incur additional charges but this may not always be possible. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

*Faulty Products

All faulty products must be notified to Club ToCo within 14 days of delivery. In the first instance please email ClubToCo@Gmail.com and we will arrange for your item to be returned, if needed, and replaced.

*Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Products & Exchanges

Club ToCo offers a 14 day returns policy. An email must be sent to ClubToCo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery detailing:

- The name and email address that was provided when the order was placed

- The order number on your invoice.

- The item(s) you would like to return

- The reasons for the return

Once the above email has been received a member of our customer services team will be in touch via email to provide you with a returns number.

We are unable to offer cash refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. However a credit note will be issued to you via email for the price paid for the products returned once the item is received. Credit notes can be used to purchase any product on the Club ToCo website including payment for shipping. All returned items must be as new in a resalable state. Products returned in an unsalable condition cannot be credited.

If an exchange is desired, this can be ordered using the returns credit note issued.
